	WELCOME TO THE THIRD EDITION OF DECIDE NEWSLETTER!!! This newsletter is a publication of the DECIDE project. Its goal is to provide information about the project activities and to showcase the project achievements. The DECIDE project provides a new generation of multi-cloud service-based software framework, enabling techniques and mechanisms to design, develop, and dynamically deploy multi-cloud aware applications in an ecosystem of reliable, interoperable, and legal compliant cloud services. +info

DECIDE PROJECT PRESENTED IN OW2CON’19	DECIDE DEVOPS FRAMEWORK READY FOR THE FINAL VALIDATION	DECIDE’S LAST GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN MILANO
OW2 is an independent, global, open-source software community that promotes the development of open-source middleware, generic business applications, cloud computing platforms and fosters a vibrant community and business ecosystem. Fraunhofer FOKUS as a strategic OW2 member and partner of the DECIDE project, presented an overview of the DECIDE architecture in OW2Con’19. OW2con'19 is the annual open source event bringing together the OW2 community. The central theme of OW2con this year was: "Open Source: Toward Industry Maturity". As open source is becoming mainstream, IT developers, vendors, users and even open source organizations such as OW2 have to adapt. +info	The last effort focused in the integration tasks. After the summer, DECIDE’s technical partners have been focused on the finalization of the component’s’ integration into the DevOps framework. Last activities were performed to achieve the final integrated solution including the whole lifecycle of the multi-cloud applications. During the following days the final developments went completed for the use cases to start the third and final validation. +info	DECIDE Integrated solution is working and ready for the Use Cases final validation, we made it! During the last month, November 5th and 6th 2019, the DECIDE consortium had its final General Assembly. With focus on the final integration activities and the validation in the Use Cases, DECIDE partners had two days of intensive hands on sessions and meaningful discussions. It has been a long and challenging road but the DECIDE team has successfully achieved the proposed objectives: DECIDE solution is working in swift mode and ready for the final validation by the use cases. +info
